For a monthly or annual fee you typically get: the annual boiler service (Gas Safe), priority support, labour and parts (depending on the level), and call‑outs included or discounted. Is my boiler eligible by age and brand?
Some market plans won’t accept units over 12–15 years. At Corvée, we’ll advise you honestly: if planning a replacement in 12–24 months is smarter, we’ll say so.
Will the annual service keep my warranty valid?
Yes, if it’s carried out by a Gas Safe engineer and recorded. Membership makes it easy (reminders and booked visits).
Can the plan cover the system too (not just the boiler)?
Ask about options that include rads, valves, pumps and controls. Sometimes we’ll recommend upgrades (filter/system protection) to prevent sludge damaging parts.
Is emergency support included?
Check response times and whether evening/weekend surcharges apply. As a member, you’ll always have priority.
Can I include multiple properties (landlords)?
Yes, ask about plans and CP12 (Gas Safety Record) management at /landlords-and-letting-agents.

Some market plans do (e.g. 14–30 days). We’ll confirm yours on sign‑up. If you need immediate help, we’ll advise the best option.
